Terms
Orders for new accounts are sent prepaid until open account status has been established. A credit application may be requested by contacting customer service. Open account terms are net 30 days payable by company check, credit card, or wire transfer in U.S. dollars. There is a $40.00 charge for returned checks.
Minimum Order
$30.00 net minimum to the U.S. and Canadian trade. $100.00 net minimum on export orders. Below minimum orders are subject to a $7.00 service charge. A Resale Certificate/Sales Permit/Business Authorization must be submitted with first order.

A suggested retail price is published in the index. Standard trade discounts apply. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Shipping
All domestic orders are sent via UPS ground service unless otherwise specified. Expedited air service is also available. Your shipping costs are based on:
- Actual shipping charges
- A $6.00 per tube insurance and handling fee
- A C.O.D. fee of $7.50, if applicable

International
Please specify your freight forwarding requirements with your order. All orders are shipped freight collect. Proforma invoices will be provided upon request. Exchanges for damaged posters and/or back orders will be made on your next order. Payment on international orders must be made in US dollars. All export orders must be prepaid by credit card (Mastercard or Visa) or by wire transfer until such time as an open account has been established. Payments for open account purchases are due in 60 days.
Measurements and Color
Dimensions are provided for the overall poster and actual image size. We measure our posters carefully but we recommend not pre-cutting frames as some small variations may occur during printing. We spend considerable time color correcting our catalog, however the colors reproduced in the catalog may not always match the poster precisely. Please call for assistance if specific color information is required.
