Damages and Replacements
Orders are packed with utmost care and should reach you in the finest condition. However, should you receive damaged product exact exchanges will be made on defective or damaged posters. Please refuse packages with obvious exterior damage and immediately notify customer service for replacements. Please open and inspect shipments immediately upon receipt. All claims for damages must be made within five days of receipt of the order. We are not responsible for the replacement of defective or incorrect posters once they have been framed by the customer.
